interop.io Appoints Adam De Rose as Senior Director, Product Management to Lead AI-Era Growth Strategy

interop.io, the desktop interoperability platform used by leading financial institutions, today announced the appointment of Adam De Rose as Senior Director, Product Management. De Rose will lead interop.io’s product management team, with a focus on the company’s growth strategy as financial services firms move toward AI-driven work.

With interop.io, firms build their own financial platforms, bringing new and existing applications together into one experience for users and one place for technologists to deploy and manage them. The same approach now extends to AI, so firms’ own models and agents can take action inside the trusted workflows their teams have built, under the controls already in place.

De Rose brings hands-on experience building AI for financial workflows. He joins from Boltzbit, an AI startup building private, custom-trained models for financial services, where he was Head of Product Applications and the company’s first dedicated product hire. There he took client-facing AI products from requirements to live production, including an AI-native analytics platform for Glimpse Markets that gives fixed income asset managers natural-language access to dealer performance, peer benchmarking and bond-market transparency data. He previously spent nearly 12 years at SS&C Eze. Most recently he was Senior Director, Product Management EMEA – Fixed Income, owning the roadmap across the firm’s order management and trading products. Earlier roles there included Director, Head of Sales Engineering EMEA and MiFID II lead. Before moving into fintech, he worked on the buy side at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and was Head of Trading at start-up hedge fund Javelin Capital.
